Tricks to Wearing Adhesive Bras

Before you put on your bra the first time, take a few minutes in front of the mirror to determine its perfect placement. A better bra will let you remove and re-stick it, but it’s preferable to avoid this.

The most important aspect of fitting an adhesive bra on properly is putting it on clean skin. After you shower and dry off, clean your breasts with alcohol or witch hazel, wait until they are completely dry, and then gently stick on and adjust your bra.
