Using a Bra Size Chart

In order to get the proper size bra, you will need to determine your band size and your cup size. The band size is determined by measuring under your arms across the top of your chest. This measurement should be an even number, and this is your band size. If it is an odd number, add 1 inch to determine your band size.

Cup size is calculated by measuring the fullest part of your breast and subtracting the band size measurement from this measurement. Every inch represents a cup size. Once you get both your band and cup measurements, you have the information needed to figure out what size bra size you should wear. If your band is a 36 and your cup is a C then you will be a 36 C.
