Miranda Kerr is a light-eyed, dark-haired, sultry Australian. She's actually the first from her continent to grace the Victoria's Secret runway. She began modeling at 13, after winning a local contest. Not a believer that beauty is everything, Miranda has studied nutrition, health, and psychology since completing her high school education. Right now, she lives in New York.

Adriana Lima is a Victoria's Secret favorite with her Brazilian beauty, tall (five-foot-10) stature, voluptuous waves, pouty lips, and expressive eyes. She, too, was discovered at 13. In 1999, she made her first Victoria's Secret Fashion Show appearance, and her ethereal beauty has been emblazoned in our minds since. You may also recognize her from Maybelline ads, where her lashes are incredibly long, lush, and black.

Izabel Goulart is another knock-out. She, like Lima, is a Brazilian beauty with a lithe figure and billowy waves, not to mention she's teeming with personality. She was signed with Victoria's Secret in 2005, but she's also modeled for Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Stella McCartney, and more.

Selita Ebanks was born in the Cayman Islands in 1983. As AskMen.com says, there's nothing like a rags-to-riches story to collect a few fans, and Selita has just that. From no shoes to designer heels, Selita's lived the American dream. Discovered at 17, which is a little later than some of the other current Victoria's Secret models, she wasted no time catching up to her successful peers. She's been in Sports Illustrated, Neiman Marcus ads, Marie Claire, Vogue, and more. She's not just another pretty face in a catalog, though; Selita has also dabbled in acting.

Karolina Kurkova is a Czechoslovakian blonde beauty who was born in 1984. She was one of the youngest models ever to appear in Vogue around the beginning of her career (2001). According to the Karolina Kurkova website, Vogue even named her the Model of the Year in 2002. Discovered by Prada in 1999, she's worked with other big names like Ralph Lauren, Valentino, and more. With such a busy schedule, what does she like to do during her down time? Play basketball.

Alessandra Ambrosio is pregnant with her first child, a few months along. She's yet another Victoria's Secret model from Brazil. She started her career at age 15 and has since worked with Guess?, Calvin Klein, Elle, Cosmopolitan, and more. As her very own fan site lists, she is a chocoholic, loves to collect Barbies, and enjoys coffee and tequila (though not together!). She's five-foot-10 and approximately 112 lbs.

So Who's Leaving?

Say goodbye to long, lean Brazilian beauty, Giselle Bundchen. She is no longer with Victoria's Secret. Giselle fans will be saddened and miss her when they get their catalogs, but Victoria's Secret has a great eye for models, so they shouldn't be disappointed for long. Why'd she leave? Rumor has it, she wanted a raise and Victoria's Secret refused to comply.

Tyra Banks is gone. She was one of the better known faces of Victoria's Secret, but she left and has since pursued her own talk show. She's been on television and in the movies (Coyote Ugly).

Models and the Super Bowl

Not to be confused with a lingerie bowl, the Victoria's Secret models are getting in on the Super Bowl in 2008. Adriana Lima, Selita Ebanks, Izabel Goulart and Karolina Kurkova hosted a special event where guests (sorry, it's by invitation only!) received products from not only the lingerie line, but the beauty line as well. The event took place during the first two days of February.
