Embarrassing Bra Stories

You’ll have to search pretty hard to find a woman who doesn’t have one or two embarrassing bra stories to tell. Whereas back in the day, such stories were like underwear itself and “unmentionable,” now they can be shared and laughed over with abandon. And with the Internet and the many forums on every subject imaginable, they can be shared with people around the world.
Classic Embarrassing Bra Stories
Traditionally, whoever was the first girl in the class to wear a bra was mortified. No matter what, the bra was noticed and the boys sniggered. Even the other girls were fascinated. As a young teen, that much attention in that area was not desirable. Boys used to enjoy trying to snap a girl’s bra, which was not only embarrassing, it could be rather painful. These days, a boy does so under advisement, because it’s the rare girl who won’t aim to cause some embarrassing pain in return, which could be far more memorable.
One of the worst mortifying bra stories for a girl at school is the front closing bra that suddenly breaks. A well-made bra should never have such a problem, but things can happen. And whereas if a back-closing bra suddenly snaps, a friend can publicly assist with getting it closed again, you’ll only draw more mortifying attention if it’s a front closer. Many girls have had to resort to the use of paper clips to keep the bra closed for the rest of the day till getting home and throwing it out.
Of course, girls have always been embarrassed to go shopping for a first bra, even with the coolest, most understanding mothers. After all, salespeople can be annoying too. Mortification and the Modern Bra
Lots of women like the extra cleavage that can come with a sexy bra that you can pump with a bit of air, or one that even has a liquid insert that looks natural and really adds where nature has been skimpy. But these can lead to some horrifying embarrassing bra stories.
Most women know they are taking a risk when they choose to buy and wear such bras. After all, if a date goes really well and you get to the undressing stage, the man will discover that you’ve been engaging in false advertising. Of course, a guy worth keeping won’t care, but it might lead to some embarrassment right at the moment you don’t want it.
However, these bras can lead to far worse scenarios. If you can’t find a liquid bra in the stores anymore, it may be because of all the women who accidentally brushed up against something sharp and burst open the bra, sending liquid all over their blouse. Everyone notices and you’re cold, wet and lopsided. The same can happen with an air-filled bra and, while it’s not quite as thoroughly exposing, you’re still lopsided.
The Wrong Sized Bra
Finding the correct size bra for you is important for your health and posture, of course, but there are plenty of embarrassing bra stories related to something that doesn’t quite fit. When a teen girl was given a hand-me-down bra from an aunt, she thought it seemed snug, but assumed it was supposed to. However, as the day progressed, she found she was having a hard time breathing. When she sat down, she realized the bra was so tight, it was cutting off her circulation. She had to go to a bathroom and take it off and be braless the rest of the day.
On the other side, a woman who had recently lost weight was wearing her old bra, not realizing how much looser it had gotten. In a public dressing room, she pulled off her blouse and the bra came with it. But in this instance, she explained the circumstances and all the women applauded.
