How Do Girls Become Victoria's Secret Models?
You can't just stroll into Victoria's Secret headquarters wearing a skimpy dress and a smile to make it as one of the Victoria's Secret Models. They don't even accept unsolicited headshots. What you'll need to do is talk to a modeling agency. Victoria's Secret Models come from Ford and Elite Modeling agencies located in New York City.
It takes a lot of hard work and luck to become a model of any kind. Victoria's Secret and the agencies they work with are some of the most prestigious in the modeling industry.
The Models Themselves
Victoria's Secret Models are quite possibly the most drooled-over and sought-after group of ladies on the planet. These beauties all have their own unique discovery stories and fabulous mixes of ethnicities. They've worked themselves up to the celebrity status through acting and print work. Now they're dating the hottest men, wearing the sexiest clothing and making millions by doing print work and fashion shows.
Adriana Lima was discovered at age thirteen in a shopping mall. While the Brazilian has done films and print work, she's probably best known by her work with Victoria's Secret.
Alessandra Ambrosio is one of the many lucky Brazilian women who broke into modeling in the 1990s. She didn't just dive right into the lingerie catalogs. In fact, her face first appeared on Marie Claire.
Laetitia Casta is a French beauty who was discovered at the tender age of fifteen. She's not only a supermodel, but an actress as well. And guess what? She's a mom! She's expecting her second child.
Tyra Banks no longer models for Victoria's Secret, but her career is far from over. She now has her own talk show, is the brain behind America's Next Top Model' and has done a bit of acting as well.
Naomi Campbell is a beautiful mix of ethnicities. She's mostly Afro-Jamaican but her dad is part Chinese. This South London born minx has it all. She's walked the catwalk, has a CD and co-wrote a Swan. Fiesty, she's known for her celebrity feuds.
Gisele Bündchen was teased in school for being so skinny, but look where it got her! This Brazilian beauty was discovered while eating a Big Mac in the 1990s. Rolling Stone named her the "Most Beautiful Girl in the World."

Where Else You'll Spot Them
If you catch a re-run of the Tyra Banks Show, chances are, you could see Tyra and Naomi making up after a long feud. You'll also see Tyra on America's Next Top Model offering tips and support for girls new to the modeling world. Flip through any women's magazine and you may just catch a glimpse of Adriana Lima in a Maybelline ad or Laetitia Casta in one for L'Oreal. Thanks to the paparazzi, Gisele may be seen in the arms of her on-again, off-again beau Leonardo di Caprio.

Hello, My future career revolves around fashion and hope to be an International Business Fashion Markerter or any major in the area of fashion. I have been told many times that i should attempt to become a Victoria's Secret teen fashion model. I honestly have never actually tried to find out information about it but as I am getting older now and deciding on my future career plans makes it very demanding. Of course every young girl's dream is to become a Victoria's Secret model as is mine. Some characteristics about me are my obsessions with anything that has to do with fashion; beng in style gives off a great first impression on people but I don't dress well for other people, but for my own self. I am involved in many sports which proves I like to work-out and stay healthy and in shape. Eating healthy foods is more than a hobby of mine but a promise to myself to leade a healthy mature life. I am approximately 5'6"-5'8" tall skinny legs and long upper torso. I have been told that I am very mature for my age and I tend to like it that way. This would ofcourse be an honor to get the oppurtunity to join such an amazing outstanding corporation like Victoria's Secret. I appreciate your time and effort.
