Im a representative from Lingerie Diva, and I just wanted to clear the air about the claims made by Truth and Integrity. It has been brought to our attention that there is some concern about how long Lingerie Diva has been in business. The current owners of Lingerie Diva purchased the online store from the people that created it. When they purchased it, the About Us page stated that it had been a store since 1998. Because we dont know the company history of the previous owners, we have no exact explanation for why they had written that. However, it has since been changed, and it now says that Lingerie Diva has actually been around since 2003, the date when the website was created. The new owners never intended for it to be dishonest, and as soon as they realized the mistake, it was soon corrected. Hopefully, our customers can understand the error made on our end and trust that the owners will continue to avoid and/or correct errors like this in the future. As far as shipping goes, it is true that our orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them unless the product is out of stock.

Be cautious with LingerieDiva.com. The company claims it has been online since 1998, however, this is not true. It is, in fact, a fraudulent statement, if you wish, it's a lie. Simply look-up the creation date for this domain (ie. WhoIs info.) and you'll confirm that it has only been in business since April, 2003. They also tout a 99% fill rate, however, provide no statistics to back this claim. My experience, as well as many others online, indicate that companies that scatter the internet with false claims typically result in a poor experience for the customer. My suggestion, avoid lingeriediva.com and go with a legitimate online lingerie store that has a proven track record and is honest with the public.
