Jim, unfortunately, that's actually an istock photo, so I'm not sure where you can find something just like that. However, adult novelty stores and costume shops may have alternatives.

You know, madhead, that's true! I haven't seen those anywhere. I have seen them in boxer form, though. You can usually find those at almost any store that sells men's underwear.
